This place is quite clean, the staff are very helpful and friendly, and the rooms have large beds, located centrally near the downtown area.

location: the hotel was short walk to the town centre and restaurants on the river danube and the river bank. the staff were extremely friendly and flexible, gave us great tips. our room was modern with ac, and we enjoyed having access to wake-up service.

The setting was great, next to a nice pedestrian street, the shore of the great Danube River, and the center, and the Baba Vida Fortress. the staff was helpful and friendly and around most of the time. We booked a twin room with large beds and truly enjoyed it.

The warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The owner went above and beyond to assist us with our bags and even made us a refreshing coffee to kick-start our day. The rooms were neat and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep for the entire family. Its proximity to the breathtaking Baba Vida fortress and various religious landmarks added an extra touch of cultural exploration to our stay. We also discovered a lovely restaurant nearby, which made dining out convenient and enjoyable.

For families with children, offering a breakfast option would have been a great addition to our stay.

The staff was helpful all the time. the location was particularly good and perfect for exploring the residential area and main attractions by foot. - I could reach Stambol kapia not too far from the hotel. - the stay was fairly nice.

The front desk was always available, even at 3 am when I couldn't sleep because of the uncomfortable bed. But hey, at least there's a flat-screen TV to keep me entertained during my sleepless nights.

Who needs a good night's sleep anyways?

The rooms at Vida Family Hotel are functionally furnished and have a cozy feel. The private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries is a nice touch. I also loved the air-conditioned rooms and the free wifi - super convenient for my stay!

Personally, I found the soundproofing in the double room a bit lacking. But hey, that's just my opinion, some might not mind it at all.

La ubicación de este hotel es excelente. Está en pleno centro de la ciudad, cerca de un montón de tiendas y restaurantes. Además, está frente a un hermoso parque y muy cerca del aeropuerto. El personal del hotel fue muy amable y atento durante nuestra estancia. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar y con una sonrisa en la cara. Nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos.

The hotel's prime location allowed us to easily explore all the attractions in the city of Vidin. The staff was polite and always ready to assist us. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. Parking was convenient, just outside the hotel. We appreciated the variety of TV channels available. Although there was no breakfast provided, they offered hot water, coffee, and provided utensils for enjoying meals in the room. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.
